Automatic Account Replenishment Terms
These Terms for the automatic replenishment of your account (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the procedure and conditions for automatically replenishing your account, as chosen by you (referred to as "You").
Please read these Terms carefully. By enabling automatic account replenishment, you agree to abide by these Terms.
You have the option to set the conditions under which your account automatically replenishes on our site. To enable this feature, toggle the "Automatic Top-Up" switch to the right when purchasing Credits.
Enabling the "Automatic Top-Up" feature signifies your agreement to subscribe to automatic replenishment, where your account will be topped up with the last purchased amount of Credits each time it reaches 5 Credits or less, until you disable it in Your Profile.
By clicking the "Automatic Top-Up" button, you authorize automatic withdrawals from your credit/debit card and agree to be charged the amount and currency of the last transaction for purchased Credits, until disabled in Your Profile. Notifications will be sent to you each time your account is replenished.
Once you activate Automatic Replenishment, an acknowledgment agreement will be sent to your email within two business days. This agreement includes details such as:
- Confirmation of your subscription to automatic replenishment until canceled by you;
- The Agreement start date;
- The term of the Agreement (continues until disabled in your Profile);
- Details of purchased Credits (number, amount, and currency);
- Your identification number;
- Transaction amount and date of the initial transaction.
If you disable and re-enable Automatic Top-Up within 24 hours, a separate acknowledgment will be sent.
We will notify you of any changes to Gift and Service prices or Automatic Replenishment terms via email at least 7 days in advance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may disable Automatic Top-Up in Your Profile. Failure to do so will result in account replenishment according to the new terms.
You can manage Automatic Top-Up settings, including activation, deactivation, or adjusting the number of automatically purchased Credits, at any time in Your Profile under the "Credits" section. Changes take effect immediately.
Payment data collected includes your transaction details when purchasing Gifts and/or Services on our Website. This information is used to complete transactions securely and efficiently.
